Judgements in Fl also gain interest. Had a non pay customer owed us a few hundred. Few years go by and he tried to sell. Bam! Pay us! Was almost a grand. Hope you’re able to collect what he owes you.

Unless he owns property that has value beyond the homestead exemption it’s going to be very difficult to collect. In our suit, we’re foreclosing on the personal home.
