The Nazca Lines are ancient geoglyphs found in the Jumana plains, in the Nazca Desert, between the towns of Nazca and Palpa, in the department of Ica (Peru). They were drawn by the Nazca culture between 700 BC and 200 AD and are composed of several hundred figures ranging from designs as simple as lines to complex zoomorphic, phytomorphic, and geometric figures that appear traced on the earth's surface in Peru. As a curious fact, they can only be observed from the air, so there are airplanes for rent that provide transportation services so you can see these mysterious figures. - @cult_peru
