I worked at a company who was rolling out new software "in a few months" FOR THREE YEARS 😂, in March I ran into an old coworker who still works there and he said the new software was going live in a few weeks. You just know this is EXACTLY how it went. If it even went live at all 😂 😂

take away the software that works so we have to use the "free" version to save money. less features makes the same task take longer.

as a dev they typically give us impossible deadlines so it's rushed af and the sysemt isnt even better that we are moving to so we end up making everyone's life worse and have two different systems u have to use cause each only half work

When they uproot and change the entire internal phone system with only 2 days notice and NONE of the voip stuff is hooking up correctly so we just go weeks without phones and lose millions in sales
