Its free if you put your transponder on 3.😂They are basing it on the honor system because their cameras only capture plates. Plus they don't have the resources to see all pictures.

These express lanes are more money grabbing tactics by the state especially these on 880… they actually cause traffic, traffic wasn’t as bad prior to these being installed, poorly designed with the merging fast lanes 🙃
