What is the longest you’ve ever went without a cheat?! 🤔 From 2019-2021 I had almost no cheats & during that time, you couldn’t tell me healthy food didn’t taste JUST AS GOOD as junk food. But after introducing weekly cheats in 2022, my satisfaction with the healthy versions of junk has went down! I still enjoy low carb bread, pasta, ice cream, etc.. but after eating the real thing every Friday, it is easier to tell the difference in taste. This isn’t to say that you should never cheat again… but if you’re a full blown sugar addict, it might be a good idea to get AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE from those sugary foods during the beginning of your journey. Because once your taste buds adjust to the healthy alternatives, they will taste just as good as the real thing! Which makes it sooo much easier to stay consistent 🙌
