🥞 Protein Pancakes with Banana and Berries🫐🍓 You want to enjoy some pancakes but keep it clean? Here's the perfect recipe. They're fluffy, moist, and definitely tasty! Note: Any type of garnish works, such as peanut butter, cacao, maple syrup, nuts, fresh banana, or any other fruits. Feel free to try, and don't be shy! For the coulis, cook your berries with a tablespoon of honey until you get a thick coulis with pieces of berries. Heat a non-stick pan, add butter, pour batter, and add chocolate. Cover and flip when holes appear. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until batter is finished.
