No joke. It sent me to the ER. I’ll take my bp at home and it’s 120/70. Went to doctor and it was 200/110 straight to the er I went. Whatever bp phobia it’s called I have it.

yes I am 37 yr old. they give me such anxiety. to the extreme that I can't even have normal office visits without some medication....I'll give blood, etc but not the blood pressure

It SUCKS because theres only so much your doc can even do about it! I have an at home bp monitor and it still can't get accurate results because it's the act of checking that scares me scared not being in the office. So they just have no idea what my bp actually is..
