DBrand have thankfully acknowledged thst some of the batches had tolerance issues. so are replacing units & hopefully fixing the cases going forward.

The Switch isn’t very comfortable to hold for long periods… That seems like a pretty big oversight. I can hold my Steam Deck for hours and it’s still comfortable.

I ordered one and got expedited delivery and it’s been almost two weeks now and still no killswitch case smh dbrand also is terrible with customer service as well
