gaviscon has helped me a lot!!!!!! I use to have it every single day but now I take the gaviscon...it's gross but it works immediately!

I never had acid reflux but since I had my sleeve it is almost daily. Anytime I eat spicy food it hits bad. it sucks becuase as a latina I love spicy food. 😭

It can also be the gut for ppl that get it all the time. Gluten free also helps

I live with this its horrible, a spoon of baking soda with water i drink it amd it helps with the acid and it helps me burp
