Another tip is look around at bigger people you see and watch their habits and do the opposite. I did this at work all the time big coworkers never packed a lunch always eating out. Watch the snacks and drinks they eat and don’t touch those snacks or drinks

BISH YOU ALREADY KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO DO. CALORIE DEFICIT. Salads and salmon and remember dressings are actuslly super high in cals so opt for vinaigrette and zero cal dressings. And remember, of course it’s not gonna taste as good as the original. It’s missing a bunch of stuff that makes it delicious and high in calorie

Try doing the carnivore diet, but I feel like as long as you’re active and in a calorie deficit inshallah you should lose weight.

Don’t restrict yourself, just control your portions!! That’s one thing that would cause me to binge. And get a calorie tracker app to stay on top of it and give yourself grace girly 💕

Biggest thing that worked for me was walking & just being aware of high calorie foods like sauces & oil. You can still eat everything just be mindful of the high calorie foods & increase your movement

intermittent fasting is the only thing that has worked for me. I do 20:4, but you could start slow and do 16:8 or 18:6 to ease your way in.
