I actually completely feel you on this. I was in an abusive marriage physical and mentally he was a drunk and it was hell so I totally feel you & it sucks and I have a lot of trauma from it and still healing. Always here if u want to reach out or want a friend that knows that kind of trauma💖💖 @🎀•ItsJustJawsh•🎀

You got this! Gods got this :) Focus on an hobby! Mine is chickens :) has helped me from some deep dark thoughts… I don’t know much about BPD but they are saying I have it but I’ve already been diagnosed with PTSD and I have extreme panic attacks :/ And fibromyalgia! I have childhood trauma and it affects the body so bad… Keep your body healthy… also Ice baths have also helped! You got this! :)
