@lothedad: These were the best gyros I’ve ever made!🔥🧑🏻‍🍳 Chicken Gyros🥙🐓 Chicken 🍗 ⁃ 2-3 lbs of chicken breast (sliced into thin tenders) ⁃ 3 large garlic cloves , minced (~ 3 tsp) ⁃ 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (can also use white wine/apple cider vinegar) ⁃ 3 tbsp lemon juice ⁃ 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ⁃ 3 tbsp Greek yogurt ⁃ 1 tbsp dried oregano ⁃ 1 tsp smoked paprika ⁃ 1 tsp cumin ⁃ 1 tsp coriander ⁃ 1 tsp salt ⁃ black pepper (to taste) Combine chicken with the ingridients listed. Marinade in fridge for at least 30 mins. Cook in pan on medium-high heat until seared, on both sides. Hummus🥣 ⁃ 1 can of chickpeas ⁃ 1/4 tsp baking soda ⁃ 1/4 cup smooth tahini ⁃ 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil ⁃ 2-4 tbsp fresh lemon juice (to taste) ⁃ 1 garlic clove (roughly chopped) ⁃ 1/2 teaspoon sea salt ⁃ 2 tbsp ice water (or more as needed to blend smooth) ⁃ 1/2 tsp of cumin Combine ingredients in blender.
