@Redcowqueen: This week I had a doctor appointment and I channeled my inner Brandis and POLITELY declined to weigh! The nurse didn’t miss a beat and just said alright and proceeded to escort me to the exam room. She didn’t seem offended or angry at all. Not even surprised really! I had practiced it over and over in my mind.

Get a Fit index scale. it had an app that keeps track of not onky weight but body fat, muscle mass etc. its really helpful at seeing progress besides just pounds.

Wanna hear a funny story?? I pretty much told JB Hunt to go to hell one day. 🤣 He would come into my Grandmother’s restaurant often, fling open the door and start spouting his order before he even sat down. Then he proclaimed that he ate in everyy greasy spoon across America and this one was one of the best. He had to explain to me what a greasy spoon was because,… if looks could kill.
