Ironically, Glick v. Cunning, the case that set precedent that citizens can record police officers performing their duties, stems from Boston PD arresting an attorney for recording his client being arrested.

We have yet again, one more police officer, stating that videoing or taking pictures out in a public sidewalk is a crime. It is illegal you cannot do it. Should police officers be fined or imprisoned for lying to the public?
