so why not just use some form of bladder inside like how fuel cells will in certain applications? There legitimately HAS to be some product on the market that you could dump inside a tank and keep it spinning till it even coats all surfaces and cures.

The McLaren F1 uses a non-sealed carbon Kevlar fuel tank that has an expiration I think of five or 10 years, yep they save weight but like aircraft parts they time out
