It’s all hard, pumping and nursing. I tried nursing and it was so mentally draining, pumping sessions give me 20 minutes of peace and quiet lol

im about to have my first and plan on breastfeeding/pumping but i have no clue where to even start. How do you have a regular pump schedule if your also planning on doing regular breastfeeding, doesnt it overlap???
