Hey so dry and liquid measuring cups are different you can put a cup of dry into a liquid measuring cup and it’s not the same so you’ll have your measurements off if your following a recipe

чуваки даже не осознали смысла... эта штука очень полезна для вязких ингредиентов. почему? потому что она соскребает всё до последней капли и в итоге у тебя выходит ровная и нужная тебе порция для готовки. а вот с обычными тарелками или кружками тебе придется сильно постараться. дело даже не в измерении на стаканчике. если вы в нем сомневаетесь то можете поставить сам стаканчик на весы и после добавить в него то, что вам нужно

Ajouter le yaourt et une généreuse quantité de sel. Dans une poêle, faire chauffer l’huile avec les ingrédients facultatifs et verser sur la raïta. Sinon, verser simplement un filet d’une huile parfumée. 🇮🇳 Le raïta est une sauce ou condiment indien, pakistanais et bengladais à base de yaourt, ici végétal, et de légumes râpés, souvent agrémenté d’épices. Il en existe de multiples variations !
