An elderly Ohio man has been indicted on a murder charge after authorities say he fatally shot an Uber driver. The 81-year-old man had received scam calls from someone pretending to be an officer from a local court who eventually began making threats and demanding money, authorities said. The victim, Loletha Hall, was an Uber driver who had been told to retrieve a package from the man's home, a request apparently made by the same scam caller or an accomplice.
