Yes. it is costing you more in time labor and materials in the long run. I don't ever "eat" the cost of anything. If a costumer wants your service they will pay.

Question… what happens if I donate my dad’s suits, shirts, etc after he passes and the new owners of the clothes bring them in to be cleaned? The labels identify my dad’s info, right? So the info would have wrong?

Customer service is a huge deal for me. I would pay higher prices, but if I don’t like a tag on my clothes then you should honor that at no extra fee.
