The crunch sounds delicious! I made homemade Cheesy Gordita Crunch tonight… pita bread, leafy greens, filling (taco meat + extra kidney & black beans)…. We’ve increased the protein and this hit the spot! We’ve also been walking 20 minutes 3 days in a row… the 4th is my Mt. Dew day 😊 I want to see what these little changes can do!
