Even after the building partially burns and the source is gone, Woo-sung still hears it. This shows the noise has been internalized. a symbol of trauma, guilt, and the pressures of modern life. As Eun-hwa says, “Noise between floors is a human problem. Why blame the building?” The film suggests the true disturbance isn’t the sound itself, but the human conflict and ambition behind it.

okay guys pls know I've already watched this movie twice, done my research and all that but in the end what happened was true, his new "friend" on the fifteenth floor had been stalking him and making noises through computers, countless phones and electronics because he was a news reporter but people never gave him credit so he wanted to do something crazy so he acted like noh (main character) was so murderer by framing him and he was laughing in the end because this whole time no one believed him but he was right but also because no one knows he burned down the building and he's 'proud" he got rid of them

my interpretation is that, Jin-ho was right, only reason why it noisy still, is because due to the corruption and and how the building was initially build due the embazzlement by the Landlord, now the perperator of the noise, is now gone, noise is still there because, the people is still living there, hence the noise leak. It can not be prevented. ( english is my second language)

I THINK 😭😭I think it was just a dream He suddenly woke up immediately rushed to his new apartment and while checking his property documents (the ones that were supposed to be burned up🤸😜😜😜) he hears the same noise all over again and laughs at the coincidence

Noise problem in apartments is kind of a problem in SK. So the last scene was showing us regardless of all those he experienced, in the end, the noise is still there and will always be there. Apartment built with thin walls and not following standard bldg codes. This problem bsically is about the noise problem in SK.
