my momma washed hers in the sink and I have always done it too. I have oily hair so I have to wash it if I wear it down so its easier to do it in the sink.

So, you have curly hair. You need all the conditioner! You want to use cooler water to keep some of the wash off conditioner in especially the ends. Leave in conditioner for mids to ends only.

I always wash my hair in the “zink” and I grew up watching my momma do it the same way, she said it was easier on her back and now that I’m older, have to agree 😂

My hair was so long past my behind. Momma would have me lay down on the counter and my head in the sink and she would wash it for me when I was little. 😊

Now I only wash my hair in the shower. I use conditioner in the shower that washes out. Then I add leave in conditioner and a little bit of pumpkin seed oil to help it grow more hair and be healthy. I use little bottles from Sally beauty supply called placenta treatment. You pour the whole little bottle in after getting out of the shower. It's very good stuff.
