there are heels without the heel. I've seen someone make unicorn hooves out of them. The only downside is idk how much they cost and you'll likely have to practice a little with them

Maybe clear wedge heels? Cut out the bottom part of the heel and hang a little ball in it, put the cover back on, then put that blue thing on the back of the heel
