you're not cringe and I see you mama... I feel your pain more than you can understand. I don't have a relationship with either one of my parents and it hurts. I'm 30 and to be honest still carrying the hurt. it's getting better but I still have my moments. I try to be the best mom I can be ofcourse, but in the back of my mind I still feel broken and I don't know how to stop feeling like that. but just know you aren't alone. you aren't a POS and you are doing an amazing job. have a coffee and get some fresh air. you can do this!!
