Stir into the slow cooker and cook for another 10–15 minutes to thicken. If your slow cooker pan is compatible, you can transfer to the hob and simmer for a few minutes.  Just before serving, stir through the reduced fat crème fraîche or soured cream until silky. Cook the rice according to packet instructions and steam the green beans until tender.
