DIPS + CHIPS ❤️🤍💚 you cannot beat homemade dips + chips. they really are the perfect snack. so here are 3 dip recipes for you to enjoy making at home 👇 CARAMELISED ONION, SOUR CREAM & CHIVE DIP 🧅 SPEEDY SUNDRIED TOMATO + ARTICHOKE SALSA 🍅 CREAMY SHREDDED TAHINI SLAW 🥬 (each serves 4-6) 1. For the caramelised onion dip, slice 2 large brown onions, add to a pan with butter, oil + a pinch of salt. Cook on a low heat for 20-30 minutes (longer the better), deglazing the pan with a splash of water when it catches.  In a bowl, mix the caramelised onions with 200g sour cream / cream cheese, 1 clove of minced garlic, a handful each of finely chopped chives, + pickles. Season with salt, pepper & lemon juice. Serve with a good drizzle of olive oil, more caramelised onions, chives + smoked paprika. 2. For the salsa, finely chop up one jar each of sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, roasted red peppers + your favourite olives. Add to a mixing bowl with a tin of sweetcorn, 1 diced red onion, a large handful of chopped parsley. Season to taste with salt, pepper + lemon juice, then finish off with a good glug of olive oil  3. For the slaw, shred 1/2 a cabbage (or sprouts like I used), then in a mixing bowl add a large pinch of salt, the juice of a lemon + a good drizzle of olive oil. Massage well with your hands to soften the cabbage + break it down. Then add a good dollop of mayo, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 minced garlic clove, then 1 tbsp tahini + 2 tbsp nutritional yeast if you like. Finish with lemon zest + black pepper.  4. For the homemade tortilla chips, slice your tortilla wraps into triangles, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt + pepper, then mix well to coat. Air fry or bake for around 10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius, or until crisp. Mix through your preferred seasoning.
