Activate Yeast: In a bowl, mix warm milk and sugar. Add yeast and let sit until foamy (about 5–10 mins). 2. Make the Dough: Add melted butter, egg, and seasonings to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled (about 1 hour). 3. Prepare Filling: Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until well combined. 4. Shape the Rolls: * Roll dough into a rectangle. * Spread garlic butter mixture evenly. * Roll it up and slice into rolls. * Place into a baking sheet 5.
