New to countryside walks/hikes? SAME. Here’s three rookie errors I made, so you don’t have to. Ad 1: Blisters are NOT fun and can stop you from enjoying the walk altogether. Water resistant, warm, comfortable, flexible, with all the benefits of barefoot shoes (closer connection to nature, improved ankle and foot strength).
