@brandon.hardy.art: Walt Disney World opened on this day in 1971, so to celebrate here’s a throwback to my Mini Disney World Model! I built this in 2020, the culmination of years of collecting different playlets, ornaments, and trinkets that I hoped could one day turn into a working model. When everything shut down in 2020 I kept myself busy for the first few months by taking leftover scraps in my studio and turning them into little model pieces that could fill in the gaps between the things I’d collected - by the 4th of July it had turned into this!
 Sadly, Mini Disney World didn’t survive the fire that we had at home later that year, and since was so big that it had only ever got to get set up all together the one weekend I filmed this. But every now and then I like to look back and remember that for one brief, shining moment it finally came together! #WaltDisneyWorld #MiniDisneyWorld #ModelBuilding #Imagineering #ThemeParks
