Soak one by one your donuts in the custard mix. Allow excess to drip off on a tray. In the meantime, clean and cut your strawberries and season with raspberry jam. Then, On medium-low heat, add butter and add 1-2 doughnuts to the pan. Move them around the pan gently and flip every 1-2 minutes (8- 10 minutes) until nice and golden brown. You don't want to do this to cook otherwise the custard isn't cooked inside. You also don't want to burn the butter. Once ready, ice each doughnut.
