We are dedicated to our goals - together.  I remember the day we decided to lock in and get in great shape. Like any couple in the beginning of a relationship, we were going on a lot of dates eating out, having drinks, you know how that goes. But we soon realized we didn’t want to slip into mediocrity. We wanted more in our lives and wanted to set a standard for ourselves and other couples. From that day forward, we became unstoppable. Don’t get me wrong we are huge foodies, we have date nights and we love traveling trying new foods/experiences.  But we’re on our game MOST of the time. We put in the work and stay consistent throughout the year. This gives us more flexibility around our diet.  Here are some things we do in our relationship thats helped us accomplish this: We encourage each other throughout the week to stay on track… Josh does most of the cooking + grilling, I take care of the cleaning. We are a team. We push our limits and hit workouts together. Always checking in asking each other how our workout was or if we hit a new low weight in our cutting phase. If one is slacking it’s a guarantee to hear some trash talk 🤪😂 followed up with some words of encouragement or advice.  Of course, you have to hold yourself to a standard when it comes to reaching your fitness goals, but to have a partner in your corner pushing you and cheering you on is truly something we’ll never take for granted.
