😩If you’re a busy dad with barely an hour to spare for workouts each day, that’s plenty of time. 🚫I never workout more than an hour and almost always finish in 50 minutes. And in this time I do a warmup, strength training, conditioning, stretching. 👍I do this five days a week, with 2 recovery days. Here is my workout breakdown, followed by my weekly schedule. ✅Typical Workout: Warmup - includes mobility (10 min) Strength Train - 2-5 lifts (20-25 min) Conditioning - 10-15 min HIIT or circuit Cool Down - stretching/mobility (5 min) ✅Weekly Schedule Mon - Workout Tue - Workout Wed - Workout Thur - Active Recovery (cardio & mobility) Fri - Workout Sat - Workout Sun - Rest (walk for 30 min) That’s it.
