Не совсем понимаю, что происходит в комментариях, поэтому решила немного развить свою мысль. Тут речь не о грусти или страхе одиночества. Речь о другом понимании любви. Найти отношения для галочки не составит труда. Но мне, в частности, такое не подходит. Я хочу настоящих и глубоких чувств. Временные и поверхностные связи ради самого факта отношений меня не привлекают. Мысль, что закладывалась в видео в том, что не каждый способен дойти до настоящих осознанных чувств. Многие путают влечение и влюбленность с любовью. Но когда страсть утихает, и настают обычные будни, люди решают, что любовь прошла. Но по-моему, она даже не успевает на этом этапе зародиться. Для меня настоящая любовь начинается после того, как гормоны начнут утихать, и когда наступает уже глубокая привязанность, доверие и принятие. В моем понимании, любовь - это осознанный выбор, когда люди выбирают друг друга снова и снова, не только в хорошие дни, а в любые. Когда они проживают и решают все проблемы рука об руку, а не убегают от них в разные стороны. Конечно, у каждого своя правда о любви. Но я говорю именно о зрелой и осознанной, какую хотела бы видеть я. Не каждый способен предложить такую глубину, и не каждый готов работать над тем, чтобы её достичь. Найти свою родственную душу - настоящее везение и удача

Seriously, if you are looking to get a cat—consider adoption if you aren’t already. Cats are massively overpopulated. This means that millions of cats are homeless—living on the streets, in dumpsters, junkyards, and other unsafe environments, often dying prematurely due to preventable diseases, environmental dangers, wild animals, and humans. Shelters can only save a fraction of these animals, and they are already overflowing, which leads them to euthanize animals they can’t find homes for and don’t have the funds or space to support. Breeders are contributing to this overpopulation issue. Moreover, many artificial breeds inherently have serious genetically defined health problems—a result of selective breeding. In my personal opinion, purposely breeding animals that will definitely pass on health complications (e.g. munchkins) is not ethical. As a rescuer and shelter volunteer, I can tell you that you would be surprised how many British shorthairs, ragdolls, bengals, Siamese, and other 'fancy' breeds end up on the streets or in shelters alongside plain street tabbies—abandoned or neglected. So if you’re dead-set on a fancy breed, there are plenty of those in shelters, too, waiting to be loved again. That’s not to say that cats of these breeds are 'worse.' Of course not. They’re just as loving and deserving of love. But they will find homes. In fact, people will pay a lot of money to bring them home. And if that’s what you want to do, I won’t judge you or tell you that you’re wrong. But I do encourage you to give a chance to the cats that need it most. The cats that have never had a home, or those that have lost it. Especially consider the cats with the lowest adoption chances: seniors, disabled cats, special needs cats, bonded pairs… I promise that they will be forever thankful and they will show it by loving you back even harder. #adoptdontshop
