Most people don't even know how to ask the right question in ChatGPT to get the right answer. Asking the wrong questions - getting the wrong answers. That's why people hallucinate when they ask bad questions and expect to get the right answer. And then suddenly ChatGPT becomes bad when the person himself does not know how to ask the exact question.

I thought same thing too, they made bigger changes than you think. Grab a random MRI image from Google and ask chat to look for abnormalities, it won't anymore.
