Method: Season the chicken with salt pepper garlic powder and smoked paprika.  Make the dry batter: In a bowl add all purpose flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika.  Make egg wash: In a separate whisk an egg with water until mixed . In another bowl add panko bread crumbs. Coat the seasoned chicken in dry batter, then in egg wash , then repeat again in dry and egg wash. Lastly coat with panko bread crumbs. Heat oil to 350 F. Deep Fry the chicken for 3-4 min flipping side in between or until the chicken reaches 165 F . Once cooked through, Remove and set aside . Make Caesar dressing by combining mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, freshly minced garlic, lemon juice, freshly grated Parmesan cheese and oil.  In a bowl add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pasta, croutons, salt pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika add some caesar dressing. Add more Parmesan cheese if desired.
