Evenly space out in an air fryer and spray with oil. Depending on size of air fryer you might need to do 2 batches, keeping the chicken too cramped together will make it soggy rather than crispy. 5. Air fry at 400 for 7 minutes, flip then 7 more minutes or until golden brown and crispy or if your air fryer isn’t big enough do the oven at 425 for 11 minutes, flip and 11 more. broil until crispy 6. For the sauce add 1 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt, 2 tbsp light mayo, 1 tbsp sriracha, 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, 1/2 tsp rice vinegar, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt (full sauce video is posted) (if the sauce is too thick use some water to dilute it) 7. Assemble your bowls by adding in the chicken and rice, then when you're going to eat the bowl microwave it for 60-90 seconds then add your veggies and sauce!
