No bake healthy pecan pie bars!! 🥧 with @HEALTH WITH HUNTER and @EatingNYC The perfect easy and healthy thanksgiving dessert that’s gluten-free, dairy-free, lower sugar, and made with simple ingredients 👏 Crust layer: 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (optional— can sub more almond flour) 3 tbsp maple syrup 3 tbsp melted coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt Pecan layer: 1 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup maple syrup 2 tbsp almond butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt In a bowl, mix almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until a dough forms Press dough into a parchment paper lined loaf pan In a small pan over medium heat, warm pecans, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt for 3-5 min or until the mixture thickens Pour pecan mixture over the crust and spread evenly Freeze 1 hour. Slice and enjoy!

When you want sugar cookies but are trying to eat healthier… make these healthy sugar cookie protein balls ☃️🍪 Ingredients 1/2 cup cashew butter 3 tbsp maple syrup 2 scoops collagen or vanilla protein powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp almond extract 2-3 tbsp coconut flour Pinch of sea salt 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1 tsp coconut oil Directions Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips and coconut oil) to a bowl and mix well until you reach a cookie dough consistency. Roll into balls and place on a parchment paper lined plate or tray. Set in the freezer Next add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals stirring between each, until fully melted Dip each ball into melted chocolate and set back on plate.
